My name is Mrs Ellis and I am incredibly proud to be the Headteacher of this friendly, family-focused school. Our dedicated staff team share a strong commitment to our children and families, creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child is supported to grow, achieve and thrive.

Hollywell is often described as a hive of activity. Visitors regularly comment on the range and quality of learning opportunities across the school. We encourage all children to take an active role in their learning through a broad, engaging and carefully designed curriculum. Alongside this, we place a strong emphasis on enrichment, offering a wide range of experiences, clubs, teams and visits that support creativity, the arts and sport, and help children develop interests and skills that last a lifetime.

A Hollywell education is about developing the whole child. We are an inclusive school with high expectations for academic achievement, and we work hard to ensure every child reaches their full potential. At the same time, we prioritise wellbeing, character and personal development, aiming to nurture resilience, empathy, confidence and a lifelong love of learning. We want our pupils to leave Hollywell with happy memories, an open-minded outlook and excitement for the road ahead.
