On Thursday 24th February we took 18 swimmers from Years 4-6 to compete at the Eastwood and District swimming gala. This has always been a much anticipated event in the school competitive sports calendar, enjoyed by children and adults alike. We were thrilled that this year it was once again able to go ahead as many galas in the region have been cancelled again due to covid. It was a fantastic team effort and every point was needed.  Going into the last race, the canyon, we were drawn neck and neck with Gilthill but with lightning fast speed team Hollywell took the victory in this race and as a result won overall.  We had an amazing 9 1st place finishes! Well done team Hollywell.
